Slaven Bilic will be the next Irons manager.
Bilic's signing will be at the end of this season to give him the summer to sort out 'his' team and prepare for the pre-season friendlies. The two Chairmen won't mess about they'll have this done and dusted very quickly.

Bilic will please the fans with a management policy of strong defending but creative football with some excellent Eastern European players added to the squad who are very keen to make a living in the English Premiership and live in London.

The incentives of the move to the OS and the huge new TV income windfall will motivate the WHU owners decision to move on from the Allardyce era.

The verbal ear-bashing David Sullivan got leaving the WBA cup game will have cemented his will to get rid of Allardyce after the £millions he has pumped into the club he will feel the abuse was undeserved personally but inevitable because of Allardyce's inept and belligerent management of Sullivan's assets with yesterday's result adding to the 5-0 defeat to Notts Forest, the 9-0 defeat to Man City plus the Sheff Utd lose at home earlier this season.

Like the 4-0 drubbing from Bolton that cost Pardew his WHUFC gig, so will the WBA game have effectively sealed Allardyce's fate with Sullivan and open the door for Bilic.

Watch and see.....

As dubious as I'd be taking on Bilic, if I could take this scenario now over Allardyce being in charge, I'd take it.

Terrible choice

He has lost the dressing room at Besiktas he has a miserable demeanour that would make Alf Garnett look chirpy.

But if they were going to get rid of Allardyce, they'd have done it last February when we were in dire straits. No chance of them getting rid now, he'll get his new contract to see us through to the OS.

Didn't he say before that he wasn't interested? What exactly are his qualities for being our manager? That he once played for us? Cottee is available too.

Bilic is not a bad manager by the way, but players may be the problem because he will not take any shit.

Not convinced Bilic is a good manager at all.

I doubt a manager who had lost the dressing room would have his team top of the league.

"Bilic's signing will be at the end of this season to give him the summer to sort out 'his' team and prepare for the pre-season friendlies."

The Turkish season finishes 30 May, West Ham players report back to pre-season training on the 1st July and leave for the US on the 4th.

So taking into account Bilic having a break "summer to sort out 'his' team and prepare for the pre-season friendlies." makes this sound like made up bollocks.

Not convinced Bilic has the experience...success...or abilities to manage a Top Prem club...

High risk...I M O...

Proven top level success imperative for West Ham...

If BFS was on 3millionquid a year...not mant top managers earning more...

If needed Sullivan should pay 5millionquid a year plus for the right manager...

It's only One Crocked Carroll...equivalent...

Some people on here will be unhappy if this were true. I reckon he would be a breath of fresh air. Young, respected, knowledgable, experienced, ambitious.
